My nephew and his son Tomio — I am so proud of the graduate!
Going to the graduation was a quintessential Seattle experience, too! A faculty member who was too annoyingly clever by half had to give a politically bent (to the left) speech (“Don’t go there,” I begged him under my breath to no avail…). After that a school choir performed that tired old utopian anthem Imagine, a song brilliantly satirized on Louder with Crowder! Begin watching at 6:10 pretty please!
Oh, but the capper was when a Black Lives Matter march infiltrated the crowd of graduates on the sidewalk in front of the venue, grads trying to take photos with family and stuff. Like I say, a quintessential Seattle experience!
